MyFico Adim's -- Any update on the status of the MyFIco Mobile App? As you are aware, it has been down for more than a month now.

Yes, the engineering team has been actively working to get the app updated (I actually was invited to view a demo of their latest updates). We hope to have it finished here shortly, but still will have to submit to Apple for approval. As soon as we hear of any further updates, we'll let you know.

Android support is further out, but on the roadmap. I cannot get a commitment or timeline however but was assured the team is aware of the need and hopes to have one out this year.

As it so happens, I can. We are code complete and going through internal QA before submitting to Apple. From there, it's up to their review process to see when we can get released (assuming no issues are found). Hope Hope Hope somewhere in the next 2-4 weeks but can't commit to the timeline since there are items outside of our control.

A month ago she said "soon". Now it's another 2-4 weeks which buys them another month. I love how she slipped the "up to Apple" line to set herself up now so she can use that as the excuse for it not running in November.

Maybe you've never submitted an app to the Apple App Store but it's no quick or easy feat, unlike Android which has less stringent submission guidelines.

So glad I found this post. I just upgraded to iPhone6 and downloaded MyFico app. I thought something was wrong when it kept reverting back to August 30 which was the last time I checked my credit report. Hopefully MyFico will be back soon.

And the App still will not give me updated scores...Customer service will not offer a credit since the app is only "part" of the service. Last month before purchasing a vehicle I had a suspicion that my scores werent updating so I purchased an individual score/report and magically my score updated. I called customer service again to inform them that the web service was not updating scores either and I had to purchase a score/report even though I'm subscribed to the 3 burea monitoring service that is supposed to update me when scores change. They said they couldn't do anything but offer me a promo code for a free report!! I dont want to have to buy reports that is why I am subscribed to the monitoring service. When my 3 month minimum is up I WILL be cancelling and sharing my experience with everyone.
