    <description>&lt;P&gt;Bump!!! I'm experiencing this same problem. Called Equifax and the very unhelpful salesman on the other said told me to purchase a fico score and if that went through all will be fine. I did and guess what nope. Its not fine. I asked about getting the fraud alert lifted and told me to send them a bunch of identity docs. I told them off. I hate the equifax customer service people&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have pulled both of them, according to myfico it says I have an fraud alert, but when i called equifax to fix that. They tell me there is no fraud alert, so which has the correct information ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
