Why is myFico so slow to update?

My myFico account seems like it has really slowed down on updating. Back in May of this year, my score would update multiple times a month and I would get many alerts about my credit. Lately it only detects the bad stuff and not very frequently. For example, I got a CLI Nov. 11th and myFico has not caught it, and I have paid down card balances and decreased my utilization percentage on Citi and Amazon over the past 2 months. myFico only caught a small new balance reported on Capital One. I have a credit karma account as well, and it stays completely up to date. I feel like I'm wasting my money on my Fico score now. What's the deal with this?

Yes it does seem to have slowed down on updating...

Some of the admins or tech support folks for myfico have to wander around these forums for feedback from time to time. I wonder if they ever even bother to follow up on some of these issues. We all want to like the product and we all want to get what we pay for. It's just so annoying that these issues are still ongoing. It would be such a simple fix too. It isnt rocket science.
