myFICO 3B auto updates?

I signed up for myFICO's 3B monthly reporting. Do the scores and/or the alerts automatically update?

My Dashboard, Scores, Alerts, etc. haven't changed since I first logged on April 24. I know I have had new inquiries, and Credit Karma, my Cap1 score alert, and TU alerts sent me updates, almost immediately after I applied yesterday. (I got hard-pulled by two banks.)

Please update if you find an answer to this elsewhere. I was considering buying the 3B monitor but wondering if I even needed too since I also have the Cap1 score, CK, and the WalMart FICO each month.

I purchaed 3B report on 4/9. I have never seen an alert since then. I know a CO was dropped last week and applied for CC. I only received a couple of weekly emails saying credit report was all clear!

No updates since 4/9 is unacceptable. If this doesn't change soon I'm gonna cancel before they auto-renew me. In fact, I'm gonna do it tonight.
