Old Scores Showing

I don’t know why but I just logged in to see my updated scores after receiving an alert and my dashboard is only showing scores from 11/11/2019. The alerts are showing updates scores and info but the 3 scores on the dashboard are old. It was okay this morning. Maybe a glitch?

Try logging out and back in again. This happens to me sometimes - but if logout/in it resets the main page.

It’s kind of weird but it’s doing the same on the app also.

Yes, same. Happens on mobile and desktop. But even on mobile, if i close the app and reopen, it updates.

It's been a few hours since it first happened and it's still not fixed. I've tried on my phone app, phone browser, laptop & desktop but it's all showing old scores from 11/11/2019. I've even cleared the history, cookies, and cache from all devices but nothing changes. I've come to the conclusion that it's not my devices but the website.

Sorry my 'turn it off and turn it on again' fix didnt work for you. I havent had any score changes the last few days so i cant check if im having the same problem - though it certainly would not surprise me if the site itself is the issue.

I guess it's good that at least the scores are updating in the alert section... ? Perhaps call tech support tomorrow.

No sorry for not updating my post. I ended up having to call customer service to have it manually refreshed for me.

Mine says its from a few days ago, but its WRONG big league! Every single other place I check my scores they're 40 points higher, both Fico and Vantage! Thinking of dropping this service!

I'm having the same problem! It's been going on forever. Every single other place I check, both Fico and Vantage, my scores are 40 points higher! I'm just wasting money it would seem!

I just experienced this phenomenon this AM. My alerts page is correct, my dashboard is showing scores from 12/11/19 (my last refreshed report)

logging out and back in, and closing and reopening the app did not reset it.

I will see if it corrects but will contact support if it doesn't.
