MyFico 3B Update?

Hi all - if my MyFico 3B update is 3/6/2020 (message says next update available 3/6/2020), should that not happen today? (3/6)

Or when can I actually expect these updates?

Still shows from last month.

Still shows from last month.

You have to actually click the button (under 'Reports' if on mobile app -- not sure on desktop) for it to update. It doesn't auto-update.

Perhaps 'button' was the wrong word since it doesn't look like a button.

Click on the top box - that says 'Next Update 3/6'

I've never had this happen to me -- but I've only had it for a year... so. And, tbh, I don't remember exactly what it looks like when the report is ready... I just sort of go through the motions on my update date -- but I do know I have to click to tell it to update everything.

Hahaha. I JUST got the email that my refresh was ready. Hilarious. Now there is an update button. Mystery of the update button solved. It only shows up when the "reports are ready".

I get on the right side of the dashboard when its ready. A reddish circle spins. Letting you know its here!

A-ha!! I knew there was a button... lol. I wonder if it updates at the same exact time of day your original subscription purchase was made? I never thought about it because I purchased mine sometime in the middle of the night so now it's always ready by the time I go to view on the day of..

No idea about the weird 4:55 p.m random refresh time. I don't think I have any service that updates in the middle of the day like that. I'll dig up some old emails to see if I can find out when I actually purchased the subscription.
