Experian shows a hard inquiry from my credit union 8 months ago. But, the Myfico site does not. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

typically myFICO hides inquires older than a year (because they aren't considered for FICO scoring)

but 8 months feels like a bug

I found out why. A hard inquiry to open a checking/savings account does not count because you are not seeking or applying for credit. Myfico will not display those.
