Why does MYFICO-EQ report show Past Due Amount as Not on Record when my Equifax Report shows $0?

In the Credit At-A-Glance:

Total Past Due = No Accounts past due

What's hurting your FICO score:

1. You have a serious delinquency = Number of accounts 60 days late or worse: 1

4. Date of most recent missed payment is unknown = Most recent late payment happened 1 year ago.

Hi there..mine do to! and my husbands..so far no one has any answers on the "understanding my fico score"..I just posted it today..

guess no one knows why..

It does get confusing when it shows no accounts past due.

I think it boils down to that no accounts are "currently" past due, but there were late pays in the past. I'm only having this problem with MYFICO-EQ. TU and EX are fine.
