      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;I stopped getting alerts from one of my credit monitoring services recently (Not SW) and it took me ages to find out why - my automatic spam filtering software had been upgraded and no longer thought the alerts were real messages.&amp;nbsp; &lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://ficoforums.myfico.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;All sorted out now&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
