What exactly is a "Score Power Report"?

It may be a rather dense question, but I can't find the simple answer to my question. What exactly IS a Score Power Report? I'd like to know before I use it up when I may not need to yet. Anyone?

It is a credit report that gives you your true FICO score and information about what is good about your report and what is bad

Also, it's the product name given to the Equifax report only. The other two bureau reports offer most (but not all) of the same things but they're not referred to as Score Power.
