I think there's a major problem going on over in SW land. It sags every now and again, but this seems to be a record.

And for what it's worth, my last alert was in February. Maybe my app spree stunned it into a coma.

I've opened 3 new accts and have 3 new INQ on Eq within the last couple of months and have not received any SW alerts for a couple of months now. I see they took the payment off my credit card so that part of there system works eh. If they don't get there crap together I will cancel them asap. If I dont get an alert by the 15th I will cancel them and use fako until I'm ready to get a new card or loan then pull fico why pay for the service when its got problems !!!

This is my post in another SW thread...

im getting rid of my score watch.

thing doesnt even work. I just got a new loan and found that I had alot of accounts that werent mine coming up on the report. So I decided to buy the total credit thing with all 3 scores and reports to find out where its coming from. Lo and behold I get the scores/reports and my score is 30 points higher. Yet I havent received an update on scorewatch in a month. Must say , thing is working like a charm.

To be honest , as little as 8 dollars is a month I find this completely unacceptable. I will be looking for at least a free month of this service or I am canceling it.

Message Edited by aimetti on 04-04-2008 04:30 AM

I am getting rid of sw and qm they don't work and I pay monthly fees for them. I know I should have alerts and the only way to see my new changes is for me to purchase a new report when I pay them to alert me when changes are made. I'm going to cancel them at the end of April if no changes.

oh I think we all should call and complain about this and get two free months of service. This happened with my netflix and those guys gave me two free months of service because of delivery issues now thats good service. I hope they don't forget whose money it is paying them for that service that I'm not getting I pay 13.90 a month for them to alert me heck by the time I get an alert someone could open dozens of accounts in my name and be in mexico by the time I get notified all at my expense!

Does anyone ask if they will just restore the alerts again so we know when our score changes? I paid for that service and got it last year. They don't alert me via email, or my text messaging on my cell phone like they used to. I think this stopped last year. If they changed their policy, they didn't notify me. I'm not too happy with this service. When I signed up, I was sold the full service. Now they are saying "snapshots?" That's bogus. How can they do that to us. Not good business, I don't believe..

Sure, sure... but no alerts since November 2007? Something is wrong. My score has changed, I found out from other services. What am I paying for when I subscribe to SW, anyway? I think they owe me some free months.. I don't know whats going on down there. I've changed my notifications to absolute most sensitive settings.. a while ago at the urging of a staffer at SW. Still not one alert. Just a monthly email stating: For the past month, myFICO® Score Watch has been monitoring your FICO® score and credit report for important changes. No important changes were found that caused an alert. Score Watch will continue monitoring and send an alert if an important change is detected. This is bogus..
