Yes, I've been receiving my updates. Are you setting your target score to your current score to make sure that it notifies you of ANY changes?

I disputed 7 items on my report almost a month ago and no updates have been made yet - how long does it typically take for creditors to respond? What do I do if I get no response?

I'm Used to getting to alerts a month and have not recieved one in almost 30days. However I did have to disput to accounts and wait for my 45days to be over...

I havent gotten any alerts, one creditor was deleted today, but to alert yet. also got a new CC nothing showing on that yet, but i would imagine they wont update my CR's with it till i get my 1st bill, if i am assuming correctly, anyone?

I have had 2 alerts since joining 2/20

One on 2/24-Score is Unchanged (hey thanks)

One on 3/9-Score Dropped (3pts)

Since then nada-nothing, zilch, zero...and I went from a 546 to a 735 today....paid for pulls after I checked my FAKO TU's

Click on the support tab above. Last update was 4/4 but at that time FICO was aware of the problem.

I will be deleting it for sure and just keeping to pulling orman kit once per month. I had 2 collections that have been posted within the last year removed from my report. I have only gotten 1 alert and that was when it went down, never went it went up so it seems to be a waste of my money atleast

I received one last Sunday. A new account reported. I took a 15 point hit. I had four alerts in the last 30 days. I'm sorry you haven't heard anything. No news is good news?

Is the ScoreWatch product at Equifax the same as the one at myFICO? I ask because it seems to be broken as well.

They think they've got it fixed, and somehow they're supposed to release all the back-logged alerts today (Wednesday 4/9.) Verizon must be smiling! I put my cell phone on the charger to brace for all the overdue text messages.

I'm not sure what the deal is with Score Watch. My score went up 31 points and it didn't give me an alert. My score even surpassed the goal score I had and it didn't alert me. I had to get the report for the number to update! This does not make me happy...

As above, there is a problem with it, and they're working on it. From another post, it sounds like the same is true for Scorewatch ordered through the Equifax site.

I have a two-month backlog of alerts that I will be very interested in seeing. C'mon, cell phone, let's hear that beep-beep-beep!

i called C/S the other day and they said that score watch should be working and that i did have 2 alerts waiting for me to be sent out when they were up and running, well guess what, I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN THOSE 2 SCORE ALERTS AS OF TODAY

at least c/s took care of my issue about having to use my other power score to see the new changes on my CR

No, I've not gotten one in 30 days either ... and when I finally decided enough was enough, I pulled my other free score power report adn there was a 17 pt jump.

I had my preferences set to update me if my score changed at all, if it went above 680 and if I went into the next category for mortgage rates. ALL of those things happened and I did not get an update.

Needless to say, I'm more than slightly annoyed.

I havent had a n update since March 6,2008 Im like a crack addict waiting for a new score!!!!!!!!! I will click the support tab because I should see some channge Ivve had updates on my credit balances! and I have a new Card.
