topic 47.85 down the drain in myFICO® Product Feedback

I thought the info for a FICO Credit card complete would be sent by mail and also be available online. What I didn't realize was that it was only online and expired in 30 days. I never even got to look at it. My Order Confirmation, which I still have, doesn't mention the 30 day expiration. In any event, why should the snapshot of information be made unavailable in 30 days? I called and, after waiting for 15 minutes to speak to someone, was told there's nothing I can do, no one I can complain to, no refund, no reposting of info, no recourse; believe me, I pushed. In short, I was told to **bleep**-off. I will remember this. If I can possibly find a way to get my pound of flesh out of these a-holes I will.

On the following link it talks about the FICO Credit Complete package and it being viewable for only 30 days:

http://www.myfico.com/Products/FICOThree/Description.aspx

Sorry this happened to you, though.

Message Edited by Kitch on 05-21-2008 04:37 PM

So who's saying sorry to you about this...if they were actually sorry they'd give you your money back. That's the way that works. I don't want to waste money sitting on hold with them and have read enough to know it won't be a product I purchase again, that's for sure. Anyone know of the competition, another company offerring a product like this that actually works?

myFICO is the only place you can purchase true FICO scores for all three CRAs.

The FICO Credit Complete product does work. It provides a one-time snapshot of all three credit reports and FICO scores. I'm not sure how this is not clear from the product description and from the purchase process.

Once you complete your purchase, there is a button that says, "View my purchase". Quite intuitive, IMO.
