We got a credit alert that a "Public Record" changed (we just recently paid off a tax lien) and when I checked both my and hubby's FICO ScoreWatch thingie, it didn't show ANY change to the Public Records section of the alerts.

In addition, the "credit alert" is dated 6/09 by the e-mail alert we received, but the last "credit alert" showing the MyFICO is dated 6/07.

Does anyone understand what's going on?? Are we supposed to wait for the MyFICO thingie to update??

I want to know SO badly how this affected our scores, but I'd have to buy another Score Report!!

Yes, but I GOT an alert -- the website just didn't display the same info or date as the e-mail alert did.

I logged back on today (thinking perhaps the website needed time to sync up with the system) and STILL no joy!!

I was promised by the comptroller that the public record would be dropped and I'd like to see if I need to make some calls!!

I understand if it DIDN'T drop off and therefore had no change in our score .. but I'd like to know what happened!!

ARGHHH!!!
