    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue recently, where&amp;nbsp;I wasn't getting updates and ScoreWatch wouldn't allow me to change any of my alert settings.&amp;nbsp; I called customer service, and they gave me a free&amp;nbsp;score pull, mentioning that in many cases pulling the score seems to "reset" the software.&amp;nbsp; After I pulled it, ScoreWatch started functioning properly again, and I was able to change my alert settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to update my target score to receive alerts, since my score has just gone up a few points, but I haven't been able to for over a week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get this message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN class="swerror"&gt;There is a temporary problem updating your alert settings. Your alert settings have been reset to their original values.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We apologize for this inconvenience. The Score Watch support team has been notified of this problem and will work to fix it. You can try again to update your settings in a few hours.&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is pretty sad.&amp;nbsp; How am I supposed to get alerts for what I want when I can't update the settings?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yes, and they didn't even try to troubleshoot and just told me that they would "escalate the issue" and someone would call me back.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sounds like yet another problem with updates that will result in another feature being removed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; So much for a "temporary problem".</description>

      <description>I don't think that's what it is. I think the software has gone wacko; sorry for the techspeak.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I got my first SW alerts in almost two months this weekend (up 1! down 2! woohoo!), and each time I was able to change the target score.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've been pulling my hair out trying to access my Credit Watch Gold through the Equifax site. Either their site is down, or they've never heard of me before, or they say they've already given me my report so go away, and on and on. They need new servers or something. As it is, they lost an entire year's worth of archived reports. &lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://ficoforums.myfico.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt;</description>

      <description>It must have it in for just me then!&amp;nbsp; I still can't update any of the settings.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully it can be resolved soon.&amp;nbsp; My alerts were coming on&amp;nbsp;a regular basis, but I wonder if anything will come through until I can tweak my settings to alert me for a higher score.&amp;nbsp; I'll keep my fingers crossed. &lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://ficoforums.myfico.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;</description>

      <description>I cannot change my ScoreWatch target score.&amp;nbsp; It's stuck at its current setting.&amp;nbsp; However, I was able to update in on 4/24; I just cannot now, and my wife cannot for her account, either.</description>

      <description>The last time I was able to successfully update mine was April 3rd.&amp;nbsp; I've called customer service twice and was told they'd research, and that someone would call me back in a couple days.&amp;nbsp; I've yet to get a call or e-mail.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If this isn't fixed in the next week, I'm not keeping ScoreWatch, there's no point.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's good news.&amp;nbsp; I pulled mine as well with the free report they provided me, my score hadn't changed but I *still* cannot update my Alert Settings.&amp;nbsp; I got an alert because of random collection and my score decreased, but now I can't set my ScoreWatch to alert me when it goes up, unless it jumps back 50+ points to what it was.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; This is ridiculous.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
