How do I unsubscribe so I do not get charged after the first 30 day Free trial ?

Can I do it via email or do I have to call a number?

These are on the "Support" tab up at the top of your screen, on the right:

My subscription is over on Monday August 31, 2009 and I sent an email today August 29, 2009 for my subscription to be cancelled. It states that with email it takes 1-2 business days to get the email. I tried to call but the office was closed for the day and won't reopen until Monday when I'm suppose to get charged the SW fee. I need to know will I be billed the fee eventhough I tried cancelling before my 30 days were up?
