About one week ago, I was notified by TU that my two only and major baddies were deleted from my report. I expected my score to go up significantly as one of the baddies was a collection. I was never alerted to any change in my report, nor was I alerted to any change in my score. I thought this was what I was paying for every month?!? I know I have it set up right, as I have the box checked to alert me any ANY change in my report / score. My email is correct,etc....

I can't imagine that my score didn't change at all, and I KNOW that these TLs were deleted as I received the letter from TU stating so.

So what's up with that??? I'm getting impatient as I've worked diligently for over a year to fix my report and now it's like they burst my bubble...

I'd also just like to note that I'd really rather NOT spend another 16 bucks to get another report. I could wait until October when I'm supposed to get my quarterly update, but why should I have to wait when I'm supposed to get automatically notified??? Something stinks here... like they're taking my money and not giving me what I'm paying for...

Message Edited by lagb on 09-02-2009 05:36 AM

Sorry, my bad. I have both scorewatch from EQ and Quarterly monitoring from TU. The complaint should have been with TU. I was always notified of changes from TU before, but haven't in a long time. I have to remember myself when the quarterly report is due and log in to check it. I double and triple checked, all my settings are correct, but I still get no updates. I have a new TU CR on file now, I checked it by the website that TU sent me with my dispute results, but no updates from MyFico...

I have never used TU Quarterly Monitoring. I'm fairly certain, like with ScoreWatch, that it doesn't alert you to any dropped accounts or baddies. But I can't speak for the score change. I'm been a member here for 2 yrs and finally got around to studying it.

If you want, I can move this thread to myFICO Product Feedback...there's a couple of admins who lurk there and can answer your question. Just let me know.

Sure, that'd be great! Thanks! As I mentioned before, I did get new reports from TU whenever I had a change to my report, but that seems to have stopped.

Score watch does not work as it is advertised. My scores have increased 75 points in the last 2 1/2 months. I've only received one alert. It stated that my score went from 545 to 568. It is now at 575 and guess what? No alert. I will be cancelling the service soon. I understand that your score can change many times even in one day. But to have it increase that many points and only receive one alert? There is something wrong here.
