20% discounted price not working

Hello,

I clicked on the 20% off to buy a TU SW today and it charged me $19.95 and did not apply the 20%. Can someone help me on this?

You mean for TUQM? I don't have it, but DW has TUQM. If you click on the 20% link you will see the $19.95 price in the first screen. However, when you advance and go to the payment screen (the screen where you type your CC info), you should see a lowered price at 20% less. IMO, they should change it to show 20% off when you first click it.

Yes the TUQM.

It said 20% but the price remained at $19.95. Maybe I should call the tech support.

It worked fine for me using DW's acct. Did you make it all the way to the CC payment page? You should see the discount there.

Here's how I see it on mine.

I click into TUQM:

Then I click on the 20% off link:

Then I see the full price....ignore it and click to continue:

Then I am offered the IDFreeze product. Click on yes or no and continue.

You should then see the discounted price:

I received an email saying that I got a refund of $3.99.

Maybe an admin read this email and applied the refund.
