    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd love some help as well.&amp;nbsp; I signed up for the 10 day trial.&amp;nbsp; I did email to say that I wanted to cancel before my subscription ended and yet I was still charged $14.95 for score watch.&amp;nbsp; I emailed again and was basically told "oh well, sorry we'll cancel you on Aug 25th, until then, enjoy our services".&amp;nbsp; Today I get an email stating my score has changed and I need to log in to see the reason.&amp;nbsp; So I come here, log in and I get a page that says&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="none"&gt;Our apologies, an error has occurred... Thank you for visiting myFICO.com®.&lt;P&gt;We apologize, but you can't enter the page at this time.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I forgot to cancel and today is the last day of the trial period. There was no mention of a 3 month required subscription period, and if that was the case I wouldn't have signed up in the first place and just waited for a report from annualcreditreport.com I am on a tight budget, is there any possibility of cancelling my 3 month subscription and the first $15 charge which is still pending. Please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;While I realize it's easy to forget to cancel one of these free trial offers, I have to point out that the 3 month requirement is stated prominently within the order process.&amp;nbsp; But there is a lot to digest as you're trying to understand what Score Watch does and doesn't do, and the 3 month minimum tends to get overlooked when reading through all of this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to cancel my 10 day free trial on the 10th day, and alas, I was kindly informed that I was 1 hr, 21 min too late. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you kidding me? &amp;nbsp;What kind of company calculates your trial period to the minute rather than the calendar day? &amp;nbsp;Gotcha! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is ridiculous. &amp;nbsp;Has anyone had luck in actually getting a refund in such a situation? &amp;nbsp;Where does it say that you will be held to the minute on the 10 days?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="3"&gt;I have to say that more and more companies are doing this sort of thing. &amp;nbsp;I am to the point that I don,t want to put any cc info in. &amp;nbsp;I have a situation with an online college that said they would give me a grant and there would be no out of pocket money. &amp;nbsp;There hasn't been any out of pocket $ they have just reported I owe 3,000.00 for 1 class. This type marketing is BS and we need &amp;nbsp;to write a law or something.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
