Problems Obtaining TU Score

Anyone experiencing problems getting their Transunion score? Neither my husband nor myself could access our Transunion scores, but we were able to get our Equifax scores. I was just wondering if this was a technical thing or if I should be worried.

Also, my credit card was charged three times (twice for my score, once for my husband's), even though neither of us could access our TU scores.

Hi AlmostHome78,

The charges you saw were temporary pre-authorizations that will fall off within a few days, if they haven't done so already. Also, the reason you haven't been able to get your TU reports and scores may be due to the way your last name appears on your myFICO account. I would suggest accessing your myFICO account and correcting it if necessary.
