    <description>&lt;P&gt;My husband and I each opened a score watch account in April of 2010 when we decided to get serious about cleaning up our credit and buying a home. &amp;nbsp;A year and a half later, I am sitting in my new home but disappointed because myFico took advantage of their access to my account. &amp;nbsp;I opened my account in April of 2010 with a rate of $7.50 on each of my accounts. &amp;nbsp;In April of 2011, without any warning, my rate climbed to $14.95/mo for both accounts, leaving a deficit in my checking account of $90; something I didn't notice until I realized that $90 was in fact missing. &amp;nbsp;I called myFico and after an hour on the phone, was told by four reps that there would be no adjustment, that I was welcome to cancel should I wish to. &amp;nbsp;I stated that I did not want to cancel, that I just wanted my money back, and sent an email to customer service stating the same after I hung up. &amp;nbsp;Instead of a response to my problem, I received an email that my subscription had ben cancelled effective 9/18 and was immediately locked out of score watch despite having been just charged for it. &amp;nbsp;What a rip off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
