I pulled my wifes and my credit reports in Feb. ,her scores were 503 -508,mine were 600 - 620.

Her report had these:

Charge off HSBC 2008

LVNV settled account

Credit Union closed with lates due X3*************Impossible to get reported as a single account, forced a total deletion

Credit Union LOC closed with lates due X2*************Same as above ,forced a total deletion through the Credit Union

Paid 48 month car loan -PIF never late

12 months into a secured loan $1500 never late

Mine had these:

Embarq $64 collection*********CA nor OC could find acct. forced deletion

Online collections $260 -2005******PIF , had utility company fax them to remove me from their records,confirmed deletion underway

Child support $869 past due,showing as worst delinquency ever -never paid*******SAD THING IS IM CURRENT HERE

They had me as $15,000+ behind a year ago.I may need a lawyer to keep these people in line.

12 months into a secured loan $1500 never late

So in mid Feb. we added these:

New Millineum secured $ 500 limit*****$0 balance reporting

Cap one unsecured $500 limit*********not reporting yet $12 balance

Best buy $750 limit ********************$16 balance reporting

I cant pull mine yet but Her TU Fico:

Thanks for the comments fellas, I'm pretty proud of the results. The single thing we're waiting on now is Equifax to delete the 2 accounts for her Line of credit and the credit card entirely. The delete request had the opening date wrong so they couldn't delete till I had the credit union fax a new document,and also had the credit union lady call the business end of CSC-Equifax and work out the issues as we're dealing with a mortgage and have 0 minutes to spare.

They keep telling me within 24 hours but it's not getting done.

Seems to me that the CRA's only move fast when they're adding baddies to your report!

They finally deleted the inaccurate reportings. This has been a heck of a lot of work in areas thats mostly foreign to me, but thanks to all the threads/members on Myfico I managed to fake my way through it. A big THANK YOU !

Thanks Leah, the difference in her Fico TU. and EQ. reports is a year old secured loan. EQ. Isn't reporting it, the Credit Union apparently doesn't report to them. So its dragging her score down a little with TU.

Also Wells is pulling her scores this morning for a mortgage. I will update to give people an idea of what her Fico is vs. what the lender pull yields as an enhanced Fico mortgage score.

Ok, heres the mortgage score vs the Myfico score. Just pulled today, drum roll please!!

TU Myfico = 725 Lender pull =729

EQ Myfico =757 Lender pull=757

EX Fako = 711 Lender pull=750

Pretty damn close everywhere but with the Fako.

Update , wifes score took an 11 point drop with TU now shes 714, I added her as a registered user to the Best Buy account which just started reporting. We are still where we need to be. The Capital One card will probably drop her again. Our mortgage lender pulls are complete and we will carry a $0 balance on all accounts through closing. So we should be fine.

I have found her ceiling for adding new cc's. TU was the highest drop from the newest addition.

Experian dropped by 2 points , lender pulled a 750 Tues.- today lender pulled a 748

EQ has yet to show the account, still pulled a 757, I had her look for the card and she confirmed its not showing yet.

So, now we add nothing but time to her accounts.
