NON Deliverable Address Question???

Just received my cmrrr DV letter back from NCO as undeliverable address. This is the address they are showing on the CR.

Would this be grounds for inaccurate information?

You can send the copy of the letter and the green card to the CRA and ask it be deleted do to non deliverability.

Don't dispute.

They are reporting on mine as po box 13570 in Philly

Glad I didn't send any money that way.

Delivery of your DV to the address specified in their dunning notice and/or the adddreess posted by them in you CR is successful legal notice of service. If they return it, it is still legal notice of service.

But that date of receipt does only one thing for you. It triggers you legal right to assert, if they then make any collection activity after that date,a violation of FDCPA 809(b).

A DV letter never compels any date of response by the CA. They can choose no response..

You can assert their legal receipt of your DV request, but that compels no legal response. They must just shut after receiving your DV letter unless, and until, they choose to do so, as long as they dissist from further colllection activity.

OK, I understand what you mean. My situation is I sent DV letter to a few CAs. The letters were returned as undeliverable - no forwarding address, return to sender. For one of those I already sent a dispute letter. Why is that bad? What do you do instead?

Just check my EX report today and both NCO accounts have been deleted! haven't check TU or EQ yet.

You should only dispute as a last resort. Disputing can cause headaches in the future.
