    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep, both are mine and legit.....The fist one if from Amex, and we just could make the payment and they refused to work with us. The second is BofA and we were in the middle of a settlement with them and told them we'd pay the settlement on 4/5, which they approved. Called on the 5th to make the payment and was informed the account was CO'ed, but they'd be more than happy to pull it back for another $3k. At that point, we just told them to go pound sand......&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, learn to swim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Charge offs are, in my opinon, something to be looked at very seriosly. The can qickly turn into CAs and legal action.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My advice?&amp;nbsp; first, and foremost, is the debt behind the CO ackwlwleged by you asa legit debt?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have mechanisms to dipute a debt.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if legit, it is a whole new arena.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, first is the COd debf legit?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
