Anyone have luck with getting lates removed from Cap One?

Has anyone has any luck getting lates removed from Cap One? I have 2 30s; 2 60s. I've written numerous good wills. Any advice would be appreciated

From what I've read on here Cap 1 can be pretty tough but no harm in asking them over and over.

How old are these lates?

From a BK years ago to:

9/09 EX pulled by lender 802
3/10 EQ- 800
4/10 TU -772

With 3 months in a row wouldn't that make 11/2008 a 90 day late?

Or is this from two different cards?

Hi Tullz,

I'm in the same boat as you, I have a 60 day late from 05 I'm trying to get rid of and have sent in about 6 so far to every address I could find with no luck, I also tried planet feedback. I would also love to hear if anyone has advice or has had any luck with cap one!

marinevietvet - I agree with you, but that's what was reported on my report. It's from one card. I just want to get my score up, all I have left is two medical collections to try to figure out how to get rid of, and those lates.

I'm curious. What dates are being reported as 30 day lates and what dates are 60 day lates?

So 9/2008 and 10/2008 are 30 days and 11/2008 and 3/2009 are 60 day?

That doesn't make sense. Go back through your own records and see what the correct information is. Or call the creditor and ask.

Of course they still need to be removed but you should have the right data.

I pulled the report end of March. That's what it says...I can send you a screenshot of it probably.

I believe you. I just don't understand why it's reporting like that. A screenshot might help those smarter than I am to give you an answer.

09/2008 - 30 day late

10/2008 - 60 day late

11/2008 - 60 day late

03/2009 - 30 day late

Sorry! I'm just curious if anyone has luck removing these guys. I've been on time since April 2009.

Ok that makes more sense. It looks like the late for 11/2008 should actually be 90 days which is a real score killer especially being so recent.

But back to getting them removed. All you can do is keep trying. Hopefully someone will read all this and will have a solution for you. I wish I could be more help.

I also sent dozens and dozens of GWs to CapOne. I called them one day after sending a new round and asked for some GW. They said no but the person I talked to, in a far away land, had a sister who lived in my town who owned a business I frequented. Small world. Within a week, my 30 and 90 day lates disappeared off TU only.
