Worked hard for 2 weeks and no response to any letter that I wrote......finally score watch alerted me!!! DH scores increases 25pts with a collection deleted and creditor deleting charge off and lates!!!! My score also 25pts!!! One late taken off and one credit card paid off in full!!!! Alright----we have some more letters to write again we are around 645 shooting for 700 in the next few months! I can see our dream home in the near future.

Yeah, JJ Marshall deleted our collection report and Nelnet deleted the charge off. Target Visa deleted lates!! Not much of a response from anyone else.
