    <description>Especially for GWs, I always make sure there's not room for error - or laziness - so I include it. For DVs and GWs, I call the CA or OC and get it that way. I've never had resistance. I also like to include the OC acct# along with the CA file/acct#.</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;When sending a DV letter to a CA that is reporting on my CR, do I include the account # with the last digits missing as reported?&amp;nbsp; I don't have the full account number.&amp;nbsp; Do I just write Re: acct #123456789XXXX??&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
