As it was not removed because of a dispute- LVNV can re-insert AFTER they validate your DV.

However- In my experiance- they delete when they don't want to or can not validate or the account has been returned to the OC.

Do my advice is to figure out what the status is and fix it so it does not re-report.

If it is past CRTP- you don't need to worry.

It is right at the crtp, and the sol in my state is 4 years. I would be surprised it it went back to the OC I figured a dv directly to lvnv would head everything off at the pass (although they are not good about verification). I am worried that lvnv will re-age the account, like they are known to do. At this point I am just thrilled it is off......even temporarily.....LOL
