Hi guys, this is my first post here. I have a few collections I have to take care of and am in need of some good email contacts for RJM, Enhanced Recovery, AFNI and Er Solutions so that I might have some luck with PFD on these. Could anyone please PM me some good contacts?

RJM will do PFDs. I've been very successful with them. I believe ER solutions will as well.

Ok so far I have been PM'd an email address to Portfolio Recovery and have sent them a PFD email just now for a $660.10 HSBC card that I had. Will update when I know more.

I just called them yesterday on a old acct from Wachovia, I owed 366 and they settle for 136. They sent me a agreement letter to confirm the pay for delete option via email but the email address says it dont take incoming emails. They do offer that option, give RJM a call 800-865-4210. Good Luck.

Thank you for the response on RJM. Will give them a call to settle these two out since the are only $44.26 and $59.29 it shouldn't be too hard I hope.

Don't call a collection agency ever! Have you DV'd them yet? Do that first, then send a PFD if they validate.

I guess creditkarma has a point by not calling them but in MY case calling them would not hurt MY situation because the acct was discharged, disputed, validated and I wanted it completely removed so that's why I called them instead of waiting for it to fall off on its own. Good luck again on the other CAs though.

Best thing to do is send RJM a PFD -- they will respond immediately. Please please stay off the phone.

Thirtyshort, Everyone is against calling the CA because they are sneaky and deceitful (most of them), they will try to get you to admit to the debt etc... They are not to be trusted! lol Can you please forward their email address to me? Thanks in Advance

Ok so I just heard back from Portfolio Recovery and was given the standard " we can't remove accurate information from your file" blah blah blah. So I responded with " well I understand that you can't do that but since this is a debt that I do not recognize maybe we can make this deal just once. If this does not work, now what?

Thanks for the email! In regards to Portfolio, if they do not bite, I would suggest to pay the debt (if it is yours), and send a GW if you are looking to have the TL off of your report. Although a GW Letter will not guarentee the CA will take the TL off, its worth a shot. Another option is, If the debt is past SOL, I would suggest allowing it to fall off of your report. Hi Jimbo,

I have done several PFD's with RJM, they have been very easy to work with. Unfortunately I did not email them. Most I did by mail, and others I did by fax, so that I knew they'd received them.

Hopefully others with email addresses will stop by.
