Hi All,

New to the forum but love it so far. I am working hard on bringing up my score, and have a quick question: I have a Judgement on my report, it is from 2007 and is from a Gym that I had cancelled the membership in 2000 (could have been 2001). I have read that Civil Judgements from "Fitness Facilitiies" are quite often removed by a judge. This one annoys me as I did fax the "GYM" my cancellation notice way back when, this collection occured during the middle of my splitting up with my then husband. The "Gym" is now owned by a different company all together. What should I do? File to vacate the judgement or leave it alone as it is already 4 years old? What will having it removed due to my score?

Thanks!

EQ: 616 TU: 589
