90 pt increase. YAY!!!

I began an effort to increase my credit scores on January 4, 2011. After 3 medical collections were cleared from the pre-hippa process my score increased 90 pts for EQ.

I'm so happy about this. On my way to home ownership.

Meka please tell me how you did the HIPPA process. I have several medical collections that are on my credit that I paid to the OC last week yet they just updated them with the CA as paid. Will this work to get it off of my report? Help is appreciated. I too am trying to buy a house and other than a cell phone bill from 2005 medical collections are the only negative accounts on my report.

How were you able to get these cleared? I have some medical bills that I have paid and they are still showing on my credit report as collections. Help!

There are specific ways to do it. You can search HIPPA process on here.

I sent letters to the CA and they denied my request. I then disputed with the credit bureaus. Equifax deleted my paid medicals immediately. Still waiting to hear from the other 2 bureaus.

THIS IS AWESOME!!!! GIVE ME EVEN MORE HOPE. MY DW AND I HAVE A COUPLE ON OUR REPORTS THAT HAVE BEEN PAID. I WILL RESEACH THE PR-HIPPA PROCESS WILL BE SENDING THE DISPUTE LETTERS OUR THIS WEEK.
