Kay Jewelers CEO email address...I figured it out! Yay!

I am so proud of myself i figured out the email format for Kay CEO. This gives me great confidence in knowing that i can do it again. People research research research.

Google can be your best friend, the info is out there, just got to find it, and work that brain.

On top of all that they still denied my GW letter. Going to fire off another one, next day or two.

Kay Jewelers is not budging, they have denied my GW twice. They seem pretty strict on their policy's.

Here is their response:

Dear Schoolbuskid,

I empathize with your situation, and I am sorry we cannot assist you with this request. We do not make goodwill adjustments to the credit reporting agencies. In order to be fair and consistent with all customer requests, we are unable to make any exceptions.

I have a CO with them that I just PIF to the CA. I was hoping to get this removed and im sure this would give me a a serious boost.

at this point i kinda do feel like giving up. But i know they just playing the credit game. they will not win.

do you guys suggest i keep emailing the same person, or try another email addy? Oh and how should i respond next time?

Right now, I'm attempted to email the same list of people for my GW attempts. Once I get off the road (i work nuclear power refueling outages) I'm going to try some snail-mail letters. I'm just changing up what I'm saying in the emails. Hoping something will magically make them accept it.

Was that response from the actual CEO? Is there a VP of customer service that you can reach? I had great luck with that route on a Best Buy issue.

The CEO never even responded, he forwarded my email on to his executive liaison. I've been dealing with her ever since. I could start by calling the number on the back of my card.

We have reviewed your payment history, and have found that the information we are reporting is accurate. I apologize, but we do not make goodwill adjustments. If you feel that we are reporting in error, or you require validation, you must dispute the information with the credit reporting agencies. Nice... It sounds like you may have exhausted all of your options at the corporate level. It might be worth continuing to pursue contact with the CEO, but it sounds like she's his gatekeeper, or he just passes these on to her. How long until it falls off?

Kid,

I got the same letter you did. We cannot remove the late bla bla. Although in my defense i changed address and notified them of my new address and they never changed it in their database. I know I was on the phone and the agent changed it to my new address. I have turned blue telling them that. But as a matter of fact, it is true that it's my responsibility to pay my bills on time. I thought they would say ok we screwed up in your address, we will give you the benefit of the doubt Oh loyal customer.

But instead it was like 'nice try we dont care, we don't make any mistakes and **bleep** you'

Yea i'm going to email him again, and see where it takes me. uh...i have two lates from Jun '10 and October '10 both 30 day lates.

hi schoolbuskid, I just joined this forum but, I think I found the right place. Are you a previous Kay Jeweler customer? I am trying to find the address for [Edited to remove a person's name] the CEO of Kay Jewelers (Sterling Jewelry International). I purchased a Movado watch recently at Kay Jewelers where I have purchased my jewelry for the past 12 years. I have my wedding rings from there, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, other watches ... well, you get the picture. I have 2 accounts there and always pay my bill before the due date and more than the amount due. Another words, I'm a model charge customer. So, I purchased this watch and the sales person said to me that I should take out one link. I told her I like my watches loose. Living in South Florida where the humidity plays tricks on you, no one wears tight jewelry. So upon her insistance I let her take out one link. I had the watch in the box, the one link and the receipt in the bag. Went home. A few days later my hubby and I were going out to dinner. While he was getting dressed I put on my watch and noticed that it kept getting smugged and the little circle at the top (Movado trademark) was bouncing light off of it. I have terrible vision so I took it off before we went out and resorted to wearing my "old" watch. I went to Kay Jewelers next day to return the offending watch. The acting manager said, "Oh, you can't return this once the links are removed." I told her, "You are the person that took the link out." All of a sudden she developed amnesia. She said it was written on the sales receipt. No where on the receipt does it say no refunds if links are taken out. Well, to no avail, I have spoken to the store manager whom I have known for 12 years. I thought she was my friend. I even spoke with the District Manager. They are so nasty. Please give me the CEO's mailing address. I have hit a brick wall. Maybe you can give me some suggestions. I look forward to hearing back from you. thanks. Bigmamacat.

Hello CS800, If you have the CEO's address would you mind sharing? I purchased a Movado watch at Kay Jewelers recently. It's a big mess. They won't let me return it because they took out the links, watches can't be returned once the links have been removed, they removed the stupid links.......... blah, blah, blah. I will NEVER shop there again. Yeah if you have Jerry Shaw's address I would love it. thanks Bigmamacat
