2 GW Letters Sent to First Premier, 2 Rejections. Who has had success with them?

I have sent 2 goodwill letters CMRRR to First Premier for a credit card account I have paid in full but had late payments and the only responses I have gotten are the form letters stating the following:

"We are unable to change information that has been reported accurately to the consumer reporting agencies. If you still disagree with how your account is being reported, you can dispute the information directly with a consumer reporting agency."

The letter includes the contact information for the credit bureaus.

I mailed the GW letters to the following address:

First Premier Bank

PO Box 5524em

3820 N. Louise Ave.

Sioux Falls, SD 57117-5524

Does anyone have an alternate address for First Premier, or has anyone had success GW them and would not mind sharing the address/contact person used, or at least point me in the right direction. Thanks!
