I am trying to clean up as much as I can on my credit report and I know that a GW letter about student loans is usually not effective but it is worth a shot. Here is what it shows on my report:

30 days late 1 time (Jun 2002) 60 days late 1 time (Jul 2002) 90+ days late 0 times

It is my college that reported the late payment which was really a transition from them to a consolidation loan that caused the problem.

Does anyone have an example of a GW that I could send them?

60 day lates over 2 years old have few to no FICO points-

They may just delete the TL's and hurt your score.

Are these paid?

I have been paying for them the last 3 years but still have about 20 years to go

They are currently in consolidation
