So interestingly, I found that one collection account from CCC is reporting on my Equifax report. Since CCC deleted both accounts from TU and EXP, what should I do? Do I contact EQ?

I'm shocked because I never received a response to my letter, but today I just checked my EXP report and the two collections items from Credit Control Corp were gone! The 2 collections were from the same account with Cox Communications, one for the service and the other for the equipment. BOTH collections items deleted from my CR!

Congratulations! I am thinking of paying them and sending a GW after. Is that how it worked for you?

I paid them in 2009 and just sent my GW letter a few weeks ago. Since you still owe them, you might want to consider a PFD.
