At a glance, I have to agree that the mortgage is going to be an app killer for a while yet. But, another issue might be that you have fairly high utilization, and a few maxed out cards. Do any of those cards have any late payments (30, 60, 90)?

While time or goodwill will have to soothe the pain of the mortgage (or legislation, with regards to Modifications, and how they're reported), you can work on bringing down your balances as quickly as you can, to both save yourself some $$$ in interest, raise your FICO scores, and make yourself look more appealing to prospective lenders.

Good luck!
