CACH LLC & Midland Credit Management successful GW?

I had paid collection accounts with both CACH LLC and MCM. After sending GW's to each company's execs, I received a response from MCM within a couple days with the typical "...fair and accurate reporting..." excuse. About a week later (June 22), I snailmailed the same GW's to the same execs at CACH LLC and snailmailed several rebuttle letters to MCM. On Saturday, June 25 - I got a credit alert, and it appears that both CACH LLC and MCM have deleted their entire tradelines from all 3 CRA's. My guess is that they did not want to hear from me anymore, nor waste the time to update me on the situation. Regardless, I hope this gives hope to those out there battling these crummy CA's.

Awesome job! Way to go on annoying the CAs with your GW requests, lol. Bet it feels good to get those collections removed from your CR. Congrats!

congrats! that's fantastic news; i'm glad to hear you were able to get Cach to delete... and that definitely gives me hope given my own situation there.

Congratulations to you!! I would appreciate the contact info you used for MCM if you still have it! I have heard very few success stories for them.

Awesome! I'm GW'ing midland right now over a paid account from 2010. I'll never give up until they remove it or it falls off LOL.

I'm ecstatic in any succes with Midland. They were my nemesis. Now my battle is with HSBC. Congrats on the deletions. Let's watch that score go up, up, up!
