I sent them an email the other day but then accidently deleted it! UGH! I am going to try and find the contact info and just mail them a letter if I don't hear something soon. If I find that email address I can let you know but so far I haven't heard anything back.

On their website under "Contact Us" it states:

"To ensure our compliance with debt collection laws, we are
unable to acknowledge questions or discuss account issues via e-mail.

I sent IC Systems a DV letter and filed a dispute with Equifax and the debt was deleted from all three of the CRA's within a week or two. I still haven't heard back from the CA but in the Equifax summary of the dispute it stated that it was removed by the CA (it was outside of the SOL by a few years).

Thanks, I sent IC System an offer to PFD to the PO Box listed on my credit report and never received a response back. I'm going to send a DV with the address provided and hope I am successful with my attempt. The SOL on this debt expired a few years back. Thanks again for the information.
