So this collection was just added to my CR after all this hard work cleaning it up. Not to happy needless to say, does anyone have a contact number or email ??? I am willing to pay them in full because they are the OC and hopefully they can tell the CA to delete this recent collection added to my CR

again does anyone have any contact info for Tmobile ??????

update* Tmobile has sold the account to West Asset Management ....ive spoken to them 2 times today and get the normal its not their policy to delete blah blah blah im pissed !!

Mail a DV to West Asset

Ignore T-Mobile from here on out (unless you disagree with the balance)

If West verifies, and you agree, then mail a PFD. Never call in a PFD. They might just forget about the D-part.

they have totaly killed my score Llecs...41 point drop. Im going to send them a DV letter tomorrow and state that I never recieved any letters from them and they do have my correct address
