Medical Bill PFD

Alright guys I just contacted a Collection agency trying to do a PFD on Several accounts for medical bills, the lady I spoke to said that she could not do a PFD because they were a third person Collection company. Any truth to this and if not, where can I reference this when I speak to them again and does anyone have a a good PFD letter that I can use

Have you tried contacting the Health Care Provider directly?

also are you still with in SOL?

Have not Contacted the Healthcare Provider and yes it is still with in SOL

IMHO I would try and work with the OC on this especially since you are still in SOL
