Email Contacts for Goodwill Letters

Hello,

Let's just say 2007 was an awful year for me. After having an emergency C-section and losing both my grandparents, my credit took a huge plunge. I have since paid off all my accounts but am trying to get some email contacts to send out goodwill letters. Here is a list of the ones I need:

Capital One Credit Card- Paid charge off from 2007

HSBC/Orchard Bank- Paid charge off from 2007

Kay Jewelers- 30 Day late payment from 2007

Quickclick Loans- Paid Installment Loan from 2007- 2 30 day late payments

Trident Asset Management- Paid Collection

They could respond right away or not at all. Have you tried googling for contact information?

I sent all the letters on 12/12/2011. I called one company who acknolwedged they got the letter but had no response as to why they didn't send a letter out.

I was able to find Portfolio's info on the BBB website. I am continuing to search for the others now.

If they are off your reports give them a few days and you'll get a letter in the mail

about their deleting or at least I did anyway

Can you please PM me the e-mail contact you used? Credit One is impossible to deal with in my experience. So this offers me some hope.

I have never e-mailed a GW letter, but it makes sense to use e-mail first and see if any results take place. Then move on to US Mail as a second step.

Edited to remove your personal info. Others are free to Private Message (PM) the info back and forth or posters can publicly post contact info for Quicken Loans provided the info doesn't include a rep's personal info like names, direct e-mail, etc. - llecs, myFICO moderator

I just recently paid a collection for Trident Asset Management and they deleted the account. I just called the number that was listed my credit report.
