UPDATE: Medical Collection deleted from TU (1/17) , EQ (1/30) and now EX (2/7)!

Certified Mailed my pre-HIPAA letter about 20 days ago to every CRA and TU have sent me back the results letter stating the medical collection has been "removed" from my CR! I only had ONE being reported! now I'm waiting for EX and EQ results!

one down, two to gooo!

Edited: EQ has removed all THREE medical collections from my CR!

Edited: EX results: I had TWO medical collections but got the results letter stating "Remains" (aka no changes) for only ONE collection! not bad... EX is a tough one!

Please post results. TU deleted for me right away w/ Pre HIPAA letter. EX and EQ won't budge for me. Hopefully they will for you.

Nope, I haven't paid it yet. I will now attempt to pay to the OC so that this collection doesn't get reported again!

Aww, really? I hope both work for me as well! what did you decide to do for EX and EQ? or did you just stop the process after they verified the debt?
