Credit Coll Services SUCCESS!

I sent them a DV letter a few weeks ago and received a response back from them yesterday. The said "please be advised, your account has been closed by this office and returned to your creditor. we have instructed the credit bureaus to delete the account". Sure enough, It's already gone, yay me! My score increased in the last week by 20-30 points on EQ and TU. I had a new account report and this removed, so making progress. So glad I found this site!

Awesome! Congratulations!

I am new the forum, could you provide me with a copy of your letter and the contact information?

I have them on all three CRAs and its for Nationwide Insurance, I had cancelled them at the end of the last month I had paid and went back to State Farm, and now they have reported me to collections.

I appreciate any assistance you and provide...I want them off my report!!!
