Just google "capital one addresses"

I was rejected by the excutive office. I have read here some people have had success with snail mail, but they sent so many they don't know which address. I literally sent 11 GW's last Monday and will do so as well this Monday to the same addresses.

So today I received a call from Cap One and they said that they had received a lot of emails from me but they could not delete my charge offs. I asked them if they could not or they would not. Guy said they would not. Wouldnt budge no matter what I said. He requested that I stop sending emails but I told him that I was going to send more and that I would search for email addresses and widen my email campaign. I'm gonna drive that company bonkers if I can.

Hmm, I am an avid proponent for those who don't believe in giving up, or quitting. Now, unless this was an error of Capital One...then fight your way to make them correct the error. HOWEVER, if you are GWing just because and they said no, well...walk away and let time run its course. I worked my butt of with Sears/Citibank when they jacked up my account in February. They finally corrected it, and I even asked Chase for a GW. Heck, Chase even deleted the whole tradeline. But, in each GW letters, I did acknowledge to them that it is at the removal/delete are at the wishes of the companies, and that they ARE not required to do so.

If Capital One is known for not budging, and they are requesting that you to send no more request, what good is it to bombard them with more GW letters? They 8 times of of 10 will delete your request. IDK, if it was the 3rd or 5th request...ok. After 10, you are overkilling. I ask Capital One to GW two 60 days late in 2008. They said no, and that it was reflecting correctly. Guess what, they are correct because I was late. It would have been great to see it removed, but I decide to "step over the sleeping dog, vice poking it". Let time run it course.

The entire point of sending GW letters is to have them do a "goodwill" removal. I think everyone knows they don't *have* to remove the TL for reporting accurately. And if they are reporting inaccurately (as in your case) you don't send GW letters, you tell them to FIX it because they have an obligation to.
