Wells Fargo Student Financial Services contacts?

Has anybody had GW success with these guys? I need an email address or better physical address to send a GW. I sent my first GW to them and it was denied. Thanks in advance to anyone with some helpful info.

I addressed my to ATTN: Executive Office at PO Box 5185 Sioux Falls, SD 57117 and got some traction

I have 4 accounts w Wells Fargo student services as well. It's my understanding they will not work with you because these loans are federally insured. They are different than your typical cc account or other standard loans. Let me know if you have any success.

What kind of traction did you get? Did you get a sucessful GW?

I had completed my loan rehad through GLHEC they originally were held by wells fargo financial. Wells fargo had five accounts reporting past due and GLHEC had 8. Once I completed the rehad GLHEC removed all negative accounts and now shows one current. However Wells Fargo was still reporting the 5 past due accounts. I spoke to wells on the phone twice and they said they could not do anything. I mailed multiple times a form of GW letter that outlined my unique situation and received a response stating that if I mail them a copy stating my rehab has been completed they would make some updates. As of last week all five wells fargo accounts are now showing "paid as agreed"

I mailed the letters and put attn: executive office
