CHASE SUCCESS!!!!!!!

I emailed Chase CEO regarding a charge off. Thanks to ( hopeac) for giving me the email and idea, they have emailed me back and also called me advising they will be deleting my charge off. I'm so glad. They responded and confirmed within 2 business days. This site rocks!!

Thanks for the contact info, I guess my next question is what did you say to get them to delete? I have a chargeoff on my reports that isn't due to fall off until next may and they are reporting 120 late every month and it's killing my scores so I was just curious as to how you worded your email. Thanks!

just an email explaining what happened, why the card fell into default. I was very respectful in the email. I expressed how I wanted to continue a good business relationship with the company....I expressed how hard I worked on paying off the credit card and hoped to gain their trust in the near future.

The way the lady made it sound to me that since mine was a charge off, and they 1099'd it that it was no big deal for them to delete it. I highly recommend anyone that has a Chase charge off on their cr's do some digging and see if they can do the same. Thanks again Zillarex!

CEO edited I just explained why my credit card fell into default and I worked really hard at paying it off in full. I ex[plained I wanted to do business with Chase and looked forward to them assisting me in the future.
