I am having such a hard time with Verizon Wireless, I sent a gw letter and I also called the 1800-922-0204 # someone had previous success with and the supervisor claimed they do not goodwill delete tradelines. If anyone has an email address for a ceo contact or address I am begging you to pm me. Thanks!

They are tough. I had PFD success with them but it took over a year and 100+ PFD letters. I started via snail mail using the address on my CR. After a "no" or no response after a month, I slowly started adding addresses each month, including faxes, e-mails (via their site), and phone calls once per month. And with each phone call, if they said "no", I used that call to figure the CSR out, learn of her supervisor, their corporate structure, their offices, etc., and always asked for an additional fax, phone, and/or address to add to the rotation. Every now and then they would call me back but never ever left a message. Over a year later I tried planetfeedback.com. They called me and told me they've been trying to reach me for the past many month (they didn't try too hard) and accepted a PFD over the phone. They sent it in writing via e-mail and done.

In short, never give up.
