Those who have had success with LVNV

I have been battling with LVNV for a while now. I went through the BBB and filed a complaint but have not had any luck. It took about 2 weeks for their first response which I rejected. It then took about another two weeks to hear back and again it was no good. It's kinda depressing because I have seen so many success stories on here lately with lvnv. There are two just today.

I'm thinking that it has to do with the way I'm wording my complaint. It's not very formal because I just don't know how to write it up. I'm not aware of any of the violations that I could throw at them. Can somebody help me draft up a letter? LVNV has never contacted me or responded to my validation requests. They are due to fall off my report next year but desperately need them off ASAP.

I filed my complaint March 30. I just got my email from BBB advising of unable to provide documents and the deletion. Just keep rejecting and make them validate the debt with documents....if they can't get the documents they must delete. They have to respond to the BBB. The BBB advised me, they request "media" which is proof, and must respond. Don't give up hope it took me since march 30..

Don't give up! I rejected their response to my BBB complaint last Monday 6/4.....still waiting for another response. I know exactly how you feel, as I've been dealing with them for a few months now. Just stay positive!
