I called them up to ask and they told me that the old Comcast account was disputed deleted...confused me. I didn't dispute a thing. So I asked them what are my options. They said if I pay it now, it will not be posted again. I paid it......guess what? They added it back today!!!! What to do what to do? I wanted to cry when I saw that. I called them and they simply apologized, said they didn't know why it posted but that there was nothing they could do since it was posted before.... Bullcrap!!! They told me to call Comcast since they are the OC.
