Chase GW Success!

About a week ago I sent the Chase executive office a GW email for a few late payments while I was deployed to Afghanistan back in 09 and 10. To my surprise I got a call the very next day from a gentleman in that office that not only said they will remove the late payments but also update the "Closed by credit grantor" comment to "Acct closed by consumer." He also said that he would credit my account balance to refelct $0 next time it reports. This account was closed due to the lates and had a $390 balance so I'm very pleased with the results here! Just thought I'd share this for anyone sending GW's out there! Persistence pays off in the credit game!

Was his name Andre? I sent an email last week and a guy named Andre called and left a message. I haven't been able to get in touch with him since, though.

Man I wish I had the 2700 to pay my card off I know they would delete the tradeline for me if I was able to pay it off. Mine has a few 30 day lates. Great work!
